Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Customer Orientation dan Competitor Orientation terhadap Marketing Performance melalui Digital Marketing Capability dan Innovation Capability (Survei UMKM Fashion di Solo). Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling yaitu dengan teknik puposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 229 responden. Menggunakan metode survey dengan cara menyebar kusioner secara online dan offline. Teknik analisis data kuantitatif dari penelitian ini menggunakan software AMOS. Dan hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Customer Orientation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Digital Marketing Capability, Customer Orientation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Innovation Capability, Competitor Orientation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Digital Marketing Capability, Competitor Orientation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Innovation Capability, Digital Marketing Capability berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Marketing Performance, Innovation Capability berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Marketing Performance, Digital Marketing Capability menjadi mediasi antara Customer Orientation dan Marketing Performance, Digital Marketing Capability menjadi mediasi antara Competitor Orientation dan Marketing Performance, Innovation Capability menjadi mediasi antara Customer Orientation dan Marketing Performance, dan Innovation Capability dapat menjadi mediasi antara Competitor Orientation dan Marketing Performance.
