Abstract

This study to analyze the effect of profitability, firm size, liquidity, and managerial ownership on capital structure. The sample used in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015- 2019. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling and obtained data of 200 samples from 72 companies. The regression model used in this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that profitability and liquidity had a negative and significant effect on capital structure, firm size had a positive and insignificant effect on capital structure, and managerial ownership had a negative and insignificant effect on capital structure. Profitability, firm size, liquidity, and managerial ownership Simultaneously have a significant effect on capital structure.
