Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh perceived workplace support, motivation to transfer, dan employee creativity dengan subjek penelitian pada karyawan peternakan ayam petelur Kenzo Poultry Shop Group. Dalam penelitian ini sampel berjumlah 133 responden dengan metode pengambilan data menggunakan google form dan teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan sampel jenuh. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) SMART PLS 4. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa self-efficacy berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, self-efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perceived workplace support, self-efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivation to transfer, self-efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee creativity, perceived workplace support berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivation to transfer berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, employee creativity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, perceived workplace support memediasi pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivation to transfer memediasi pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan employee creativity memediasi pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan.
