Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganilisis pengaruh Pay Satisfaction dan Work-Life Balance terhadap Employee Retention melalui Organizational Identification sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan di PT. Pindo Deli Pulp And Paper Mills. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 140 responden dengan teknik non probability sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM dengan software SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini mengemukakan bahwa Pay Satisfaction berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Employee Retention, Work-Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Retention, Organizational Identification berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Retention, Pay Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Identification, Work-Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Identification, Pay Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Retention melalui Organizational Identification sebagai variabel mediasi, Work-Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Retention melalui Organizational Identification sebagai variabel mediasi.
