Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership terhadap innovative work behavior melalui perceived organizational support sebagai mediasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil Menengah dan Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi di Kabupaten Pekalongan. Dalam penelitian ini sampel berjumlah 111 responden yang dipilih menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart PLS 4. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior, servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived organizational support, perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior, dan perceived organizational support memediasi secara positif dan signifikan pengaruh servant leadership terhadap innovative Work Behavior.
