Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Innovative Behavior dengan Self-Efficacy dan Intrinsic Motivation sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Pegawai Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta. Sampel yang berhasil dikumpulkan sebanyak 125 pegawai. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui google form dan hardcopy. Teknik analisis data kuantitatif dalam ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) serta menggunakan alat analisis berupa SmartPLS 4.Berdasarkan hasil analisis, menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap innovative behavior, servant leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap self-efficacy, servant leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap intrinsic motivation, self-efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap innovative behavior, intrinsic motivation berpengaruh positif terhadap innovative behavior, servant leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap self-efficacy melalui intrinsic motivation sebagai intervening, servant leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap innovative behavior melalui intrinsic motivation sebagai intervening.
