Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh populasi, inflasi, dan bentuk pemerintahan terhadap tingkat korupsi. Subyek penelitian adalah negara-negara di Asia Tenggara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah negara Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapura, Thailand, Filipina, dan Vietnam yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari World Bank. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini digunakan regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa populasi dan inflasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap tingkat korupsi pada negara terpilih di Asia Tenggara. Semakin besar populasi penduduk dan dan inflasi, maka tingkat korupsi semakin rendah. Bentuk pemerintahan tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat korupsi pada negara terpilih di Asia Tenggara. GDP berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat korupsi pada negara terpilih di Asia Tenggara.
