Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh total quality management, quality performance dan service quality terhadap patient satisfaction di rumah sakit AMC Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 185 responden dengan teknik non probability sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM dengan software SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini mengemukakan bahwa total quality management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap quality performance, total quality management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap service quality, quality performance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap patient satisfaction, service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap patient satisfaction, total quality management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap patient satisfaction.
