Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, menjelaskan dan memberikan bukti empiris pengaruh entrepreneurial leadership terhadap innovative work behavior dengan creative self-efficacy sebagai mediasi dan dimoderasi oleh proactive personality pada bidang food and bevergae. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan Waorng Steak and Shake Yogyakarta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 135 responden yang diperoleh melalui metode kuesioner yang dipilih dengan teknik non probability sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurial leadership berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior, entrepreneurial leadership berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap creative self-efficacy, creative self-efficacy berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior, creative self-efficacy memediasi entrepreneurial leadership terhadap innovative work behavior, dan proactive personality tidak memoderasi entrepreneurial leadership terhadap innovative work behavior.
