Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Organizational Justice terhadap Employee Performance dan dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction dan Work Engagement pada anggota IKADAM (Ikatan Abituren Darul Arqam) Bandung. Menggunakan sampel 150 responden dengan teknik sampel sensus. Analisis data menggunakan software SmartPLS. Temuan penelitian menyatakan bahwa Organizational Justice tidak berpengaruh terhadap Employee Performance, Organizational Justice berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job satisfaction, Job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Performance, Organizational Justice berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Engagement, Work Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Performance, Organizational justice berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Performance yang dimediasi oleh Job satisfaction, Organizational justice berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Performance yang dimediasi oleh Work Engagement.
