Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Web Design, Reliability, dan Perceived Ease of Use terhadap Customer E-Retention dimediasi Customer E-Trust pada pelanggan produk Shopee. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen produk Shopee. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 160 responden menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan software Smartpls 4. Dari hasil pengujian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Web Design, Reliability, dan Perceived Ease of Use memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer E-Trust. Web Design, Reliability, dan Perceived Ease of Use memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer E-Retention. Customer E-Trust mampu memediasi secara partial pengaruh Web Design, Reliability, dan Perceived Ease of Use terhadap Customer E-Retention.
