Abstract

Schizophrenia is a psychotic disorder that interferes with a person's thinking processes, perceptions, and behavior. One of the symptoms of schizophrenia is the risk of violent behavior. Patients with mental disorders at risk of violent behavior need to fulfill their spiritual needs in the form of dzikir psychoreligious group therapy. This study aims to determine the effect of dzikir psychoreligious group therapy performed on patients on the signs of symptoms of risk of violent behavior. This research uses quantitative research methods with pre-experimental research design with One-group pre-post test design. The instrument used was a questionnaire for signs of violent behavior risk symptoms. Respondents in this study amounted to 36 people with a purposive sampling technique. The results of the normality test with Shapiro Wilk, the pre-test value was 0.268 and the post-test value was 0.621. The conclusion from this study is that there is an effect of giving dzikir psychoreligious group therapy to the signs of symptoms of risk of violent behavior in patients with psychotic disorders with a p value of 0.000.
