Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh praktik Supply Chain Management (SCM) yang terdiri dari Strategic Supplier Partnership, Customer Relationship, dan Quality of Information terhadap Competitive Advantage dan Organizational Performance pada industri batik di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini juga menguji peran mediasi Competitive Advantage dalam hubungan antara praktik SCM terhadap Organizational Performance. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei terhadap 140 pelaku industri batik di Yogyakarta. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Strategic Supplier Partnership dan Customer Relationship berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Competitive Advantage, sedangkan Quality of information tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Strategic Supplier Partnership juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Performance, sedangkan Customer Relationship dan Quality of information justru berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan. Selain itu, Competitive Advantage berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Performance. Competitive Advantage memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara Strategic Supplier Partnership dan Customer Relationship terhadap Organizational Performance, namun tidak memediasi hubungan antara Quality of information terhadap Organizational Performance.
