Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived e-service quality, perceived food quality, customer satisfaction, perceived value terhadap behavioral intention (studi pada pelanggan Rocket Chicken pengguna aplikasi shopee food di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling yaitu purposive sampling dan teknik analisis dengan bantuan software amos. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Berdasarkan proses penyebaran kuesioner, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 161 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa perceived e-service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived value. Perceived food quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived value. Perceived eservice quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Perceived food quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Perceived value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention.
