Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap store patronage yang dimediasi oleh customer experience dan perceived service quality pada Alfamart Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang pernah berbelanja di Alfamart Yogyakarta dalam kurun waktu tiga bulan terakhir. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 155 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SmartPLS 4. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap store patronage baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui customer experience dan perceived service quality sebagai mediasi.
