PENERAPAN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) PADA PEKERJAAN JALAN KOMBOT TIMUR DI BOLAANG MONGONDOW SELATAN

Road construction work is always carried out with the aim of regional development and improving better transportation facilities. Heavy equipment assistance is inseparable in the process of road works to facilitate and improve the efficiency of human work. However, the existence of auxiliary tools has a positive and negative impact. These negatives can pose risks or impacts, especially when workers are still trivializing the importance of the use of PPE which can be a factor to reduce the risk posed to the process of roadworks using heavy equipment. This research is about the potential risk of work accidents that can occur in the eastern Kombot Road improvement project in South Bolaangmongondow. The case study of this study is the East Kombot Road Improvement Project. The method used is a risk matrix and data obtained in this study is in the form of the distribution of questionnaires to 5 respondents who are in charge of the East Kombot Road improvement project. The project has 5 working groups, 12 work activities, as well as 30 events and impacts in the overall work. The results of the analysis showed that 3 work activities were categorized into "Low Risk" and for 2 work activities were categorized into "Medium Risk", for the overall results were categorized into "Low Risk" with a value index of 4.79 and for the results of activities with the highest level of potential risk is the category "Medium Risk" contained in the process of stone installation activities with a value index of 9
