As the need for traditional medicine increases, the government forms a program called "Saintifikasi Jamu" which serves to elevate herbal medicine into a product that is scientifically proven to be used in health services. The Hortus Medicus Clinic is one of the research clinics that applies traditional medical services based on herbal medicine. Hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperuricemia and hypercholesterolemia are 4 diseases with the highest number of patients in 2017 at the Hortus Medicus clinic.
