Abstract

The conversion on pharmaceutical care from product-oriented to patient oriented has become a goverments consideration to make a standarized pharmacy pharmaceutical care guide so the services that pharmacists provide to patients meet the standards. The latest regulation for a standarized pharmacy pharmaceutical care guide in indonesia is Regulation Of Health Minister Of Indonesia Number 73 Year 2016. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of standarized pharmaceutical care guide on pharmacies in Pulau Laut Utara District Kotabaru Regency according to Regulation of Health Minister of Indonesia Number 73 Year 2016 in 2019. This study is a non-experimental research with descriptive method from percentage data using cross-sectional approach. The instrument of this research is arranged based on Regulation of Health Minister of Indonesia Number 73 Year 2016 about Standarized Pharmacy Pharmaceutical Care Guide. The data is obtained by deep interview with respondents who are pharmacists and analyzed using descripive statistics in the form of percentage table to know the implementation of this regulation fall into categories such as good, enough, or lack. This study involved 10 pharmacies to evaluate the implementation of standarized pharmaceutical care guide in pharmacies. The conclusion of this study indicate the average percentage of management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices, and consumable medical material is 82,5% or fall under the ‘good category, clinical pharmacy services is 56,3% or fall under the ‘lack category, pharmaceutical resources is 85% or fall under the ‘good category, and evaluation of service quality is 58,5% or fall under the ‘lack category.
