Abstract

Tourism Lahat, South Sumatra always first settled, from 2017 to 2018 the amount of tourists continues to rise, with a growing number of tourists to support information and promotion of tourism in Lahat, existing information systems need to be equipped. This is what aspects influenced the writer to make information systems website growing tourist attractions in Lahat. On the creation of information system of tourist Website of Lahat, South Sumatra writer using the programming language PHP (CodeIgniter) with CI as framework. PHP is a programming language that is used to manipulate a data sent it back to the web browser into your HTML code. The results of tourism website testing Lahat, South Sumatra that have been done, it can be seen that the system that has been designed to run well. With a system that has been running good, tourist website Lahat, South Sumatra can help travelers in the process of tourist information such as tourist destinations, news, activities, culinary, handicraft, tourism packages and maps. With the ease of the website accessible ¸ wherever and whenever. Tourists can also make a booking package tours without having to come to the tourist sites.
