Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh career procedural justice dan career distributive justice terhadap IT professional turnover intention melalui IT professional engagement sebagai pemediasi. Responden pada penelitian ini yaitu para IT professional yang bekerja di perguruan tinggi swasta dan perbankan yang ada di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta sampai dengan tahun 2017 dan diperoleh responden sebanyak 135. Penelitian ini menggunakan model survei dan metode convenience sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Eequation Modelling dengan AMOS sebagai alat analisis. Dari hasil pengujian data pada penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa: 1) Career procedural justice dan Career distributive justice memiliki pengaruh terhadap IT professional turnover intention melalui IT professional engagement, 2) Career procedural justice dan Career distributive justice berpengaruh positif terhadap IT professional engagement, 3) IT professional engagement berpengaruh negatif terhadap IT professional turnover intention.
