Abstract

This study aims to know the influence of Spiritual Intelligence, Professionalism, Task Complexity, Organizational Culture And Pressure Of Time Budgets On Governments Auditor Performance (Empirical Study On BPK RI And BPKP Representative DIY Province). The selection of the sample uses a non-probability sampling method. The number of the sample in this study are 35 auditors from BPK and 80 auditors from BPKP. The data used are primary data in the form of a questionnaire with a score from 1 to 4. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study proves that spiritual intelligence has a positive influence to the goverments auditor performance. Meanwhile another variable such as professionalism, complexity task, organizational culture and pressure of time budgets does not. Partailly this 5 independent variable influence the goverments auditor performance about 9.7%, meanwhile the 90,7% influenced by another variable that does not analysized in this study.
