Abstract

The good management of a construction project will be able to minimize the potential for workplace accidents, because the larger project will certainly cause big and complex problems. In this study aims to asess of Occupational Safety and Health Management System in the Pasar Rumput Flats Building Project at the South Jakarta. The results of the analysis begin with direct observation data through interviews at the location to obtain the real answer of the implementation Occupational Safety and Health Management System. From this study obtained a value of 83.87%, this figure is categorized as MEDIUM in the implementation of SMK3 because its value is between 60% -85% and the completeness value of K3 facilities is 81,8% it is MEDIUM categorized in completing K3 facilities because its value is between> 85%
