Abstract

This research aims to find out the financial performance in the Central Office of PD BPR Bank Sleman. The method used in this research was quantitative descriptive. Then an analysis of the financial statements in the Central Office PD BPR Bank Sleman is analyzed using a cash flow ratio analysis from 2014-2018. The purpose is to evaluate the companys performance by assessing the capability of the cash flow in covering interest, current liability, long-term obligation, capital expenditure, and the companys capability to provide cash for fulfilling its liability in the upcoming 5 years. The analysis result shows that the financial performance base on cash flow ratio of the Central Office PD BPR Bank Sleman is fair since the ratio is above one (>1). However, the total ratio of debt in the Central Office PD BPR Bank Sleman indicates that the bank is incapable of paying off the debt if only using operational cash flow. Therefore, cash from other activities is needed.
