Abstract

The purpose of this research is to get empirical evidence about the influence of training and education, village apparatus assistance, and infrastructure on the effectiveness of using siskeudes with human resources quality as intevening variable on village in Gunungkidul Regency.. The result of this research shows that the influence of training and education, infrastructure, and the quality of human resources affect the effectiveness of the use of social security and village apparatus assistance does not affect the effectiveness of the use of siskeudes. The effect of training and education on the quality of human resources and village assistance does not affect the quality of human resources. The quality of human resources can mediate the influence of training and education and village apparatus assistance on the effectiveness of using siskeudes.
