Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of corporate social responsibility to the firm value, the impact of profitability to the firm value, and the impact of corporate governance to the firm value. Using purposive sampling method obtained samples 42 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period of 2014 to 2016 and data processed as many as 108 companies. The method used to data analyze is multiple linear regression using SPSS 16. The result of this research showed that corporate social responsibility has no impact to the firm value. Whereas profitability and corporate governance has impact to the firm value.
