Abstract

Permintaan produk pertanian organik selalu meningkat. Hal ini membuka peluang wirausaha untuk usatani padi organik. Seseorang yang memiliki minat berwirausaha karena adanya suatu motif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis komponen motivasi wirausaha petani padi organik dan pengaruhnya terhadap prestasi kerja. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kebutuhan untuk berprestasi dan berafiliasi merupakan komponen utama dalam motivasi wirausaha.
