Abstract

The objective of this research are to of making learning media electricity power window as a practical tool in D3 Mechine Engineering UMY, and to know the result of learning media power windows testing, and than be able to overcome the troubleshooting in the power window electricity system.The process of power window system needs a preparation to determine the form of learning media and to schedule the constraction of learning medias framework and determine the material that will be use. The consept of power window learning media starting by designing the framework and the learning medias panel. Power window system learning medias testing do by testing the components. The result showed that the process of making learning media power window electricity system as a tool in D3 Machine Engineering UMY is suitable, consist of making the landscape of power windows motor, power windows main switch, power windows single switch, ignition, fuse, banana jack, connect the cables with banana jack, assemble the electric circuit, connect the chain in the battery, and sort out the cables installation. The result of the test showed that learning media can function well. Power windows motor can up and down finely. The captivity result showed that the main switchs condition is still fine, the captivity is still in the specification limit. From the check-up result, overall the motor condition and the main switch and also the sitter are normal. From the captivitys check result, fuse condition is still fine because the captivity is still same with the specification. The result of making power window learning media can overcome the troubleshooting in the power window electrical system. Fuse component, ignition, switch, and power windows motor are function well and do not happen troubleshooting.
