Abstract

Kantor Pemda DIY yang berlokasi di komples kepatihan Danurejan DIY merupakan pusat pemerintahan yang melayani pelayanna administrasi dan pelayanan umum dengan jumlah instansi sebnayak 13 unit dengan 934 orang pegawai. Permasalahan yang disebabkan oleh parkir yang bersifat tetap pada gedung Kantor Pemda DIY adalah ketidak teraturnya dalam penggunaan fasilitas parkir, khususnya kendaraan roda empat/ mobil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganlisa karakteristik parkir yang meliputi akumulasi parkir , menghitung volume parkir, kapasitas ruang parkir , konfigurasi parkir, tingkat turnover, indeks parkir, dan kapasitas yang tersedia. Dari perhitungan data didapat akumulais parkir yang tertinggi selama tiga hari, yaitu pada hari Rabu sebanyak 175 unit mobil. Volume parkir tertinggi yaitu pada hari Rabu sebanyak 642 unit mobil. Luasan parkiran efektif existing 3148.37 m2 dengan kapasitas 273 kendaraan dan luasan parkiran efektif optimum 4071.32 m2 dengan kapasitas 354 kendaraan.
