Abstract

This research aims to find out how big the adoption rate of the technology in the industrial centers weavers in the village and the village of Arum Source source Rahayu Moyudan subdistrict of Sleman Regency. The variables used in this study is the orientation of market, capital structure, human resources (HR) and organizational aspects. The data obtained through interviews and a questionnaire filling filled directly by the craftsmen of weaving. Data already in the can and then in sports by using Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool. The results show that the variables that influence significantly to levels of technology adoption is variable orientation market, capital structure and organizational aspects. Variable of the human resources (HR) do not affect significantly to the level of adoption of industrial technology of weaving. The results on the Test F showed that the overall free variables simultaneously bepengaruh significantly to the level of technological adoption centers are weaving. Effects of micro-facet is later woven industry will produce better goods and innovate and in terms of macro industrial weaving will earn a greater income than before.
