Abstract

At the end of year 2015 December Paris Agreement has become an international consensus that had tried to cut spending on carbon gas emissions in each country signatories who ratified the Conference by implementing programs with the mechanisms that have been determined in accordance with clause deal. Thanks to the exposure of the IPCC 1990 year choices about warming up the Earths temperature, which makes the momentum into the countries of the developed and developing countries in the world should start paying attention to the issue of global warming. The exposure then gave birth to the negotiations and talks that became the international accord, which continues to run to this day. But the United States is one of the developed countries which produce large emissions in the world, making the world shocked through the leadership of president Donald Trump, who decided not to continue the deal the Paris Agreement with the Select the back out of the deal. The steps the United States can be a reflection of the leadership of Trump. This paper will discuss about the reasons and factors factors that make interesting United States President of Trump from the Paris Agreement.
