Abstract

This research has the purpose to explain strategy, business, or any program that is run and owned by Iran in the development of science and technology. Heres how Iranis conduct International cooperation in the field of science and technology. Describe the development of Irans nuclear program, the international embargo faced by Iran, and the impact of the embargo suffered by Iran in a vulnerable time of 2006 through 2015. Analyze the constraints faced by Iran in implementing the strategy of development of science, technology and knowledge. They contain an analysis of the efforts and strategy course held by Iran during the embargo period to acquire and achieve the progress of science and the best technology in the world. Also knowing the history of the development of science and technology in Iran even though Iran is experiencing a lot of pressure from the International world. Containing the achievements of science and technology in Iran, and the discovery of technology in Iran during the vulnerable times of 2006 through 2015.
