Abstract
The authors main purpose in this paper is to explain the dynamics of Moro Muslims who are Islamic community groups in the Philippines. This scientific work will also explain the group formed in Moro Muslims, the Abu Sayyaf Group. Abu Sayyaf which aims to establish an Islamic state in the South Philippines. In an effort to achieve these goals, they also maintain their existence using violence such as assault, kidnapping, and acts of terror. In addition, it also explained the response of the Philippine Government in discussing the Abu Sayyaf Group.
