Abstract
The capability of employees to deal with job insecurity and work family conflict can determine performance of employees in a company. This capability can be seen from job insecurity and work family conflict which are factors that can affect job performance. This study aims to test the negative influence of job insecurity and work family conflict on job performance with self efficacy as a moderation variable. This research is a quantitative research. The object of this research are Bank Syariah Indonesia, Bank Madina Syariah and Bank Muamalat. This research used 288 respondents as a samples by non-probability sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaires and analysed using SPSS Version 22 application. Research showed that there is a negative influence between job insecurity on job performance, no negative influence between work family conflict on job performance, self efficacy can moderate the negative influence of job insecurity relationship on job performance and self efficacy can not moderate the negative influence of work family conflict relationship on job performance.
