Abstract
pH meter is a tool used to determine the degree of acidity and alkalinity of a solution.. pH
is often used as an indicator of whether the water has undergone a chemical change or not. The
author makes a pH meter using a 4502C sensor. This sensor module is a module that functions to
detect the pH level of the water where the output is an analog voltage. So, to convert the reading
value must be entered into the formula in the program code that is made. With a measurement
accuracy rate of ±0.1 (at a test temperature of 25℃). This research innovates the pH meter with
temperature conditioning to see the difference in accuracy between temperatures of 10℃, 20℃,
25℃, 40℃ using the DSB18B20 temperature sensor and also this tool is equipped with internal
adjustments. The tool testing process includes testing the calibration of the pH4 buffer solution, pH
10 and testing the mineral water solution, Hcl, NaOH, Alcohol. From the tool testing that has been
carried out 5 times, the largest error value is 2.5%, in the buffer solution 4.01 and 9.18 the error is
2.5% and 1.14% and the smallest error is 0%.
