Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the variable age, education level, income, marital
status, travel costs, facilities, and visitor satisfaction affect the willingness to pay(Willingness
To Pay) of visitors to the Taman Sari Yogyakarta tourist attraction. This study used 120
respondents conducted by accidental sampling method. Willingness To Pay can be estimated
using the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) approach. The analytical tool in this study
using logistic regression on SPSS.
The results of the research analysis show that the age variable has a negative and
insignificant effect on Willingness To Pay (WTP), the education level variable has a positive
and significant effect on Willingness To Pay (WTP), the income variable has a positive and
significant effect on Willingness To Pay (WTP), the status variable Marriage has a negative
and insignificant effect on Willingness To Pay (WTP), the variable travel costs have a negative
and insignificant effect on Willingness To Pay (WTP), the facility variable has a positive and
significant effect on Willingness To Pay (WTP), the visitor satisfaction variable has a positive
and significant effect. significant to Willingness To Pay (WTP).
