Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product innovation, marketing
innovation, process innovation, information technology on the performance of SMEs
in Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The
object of this research is IKM in Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency, West
Nusa Tenggara Province with a total of 76 SMIs. Samples were taken by purposive
sampling. The type of data collected is primary data with questionnaire data collection
techniques. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with t test, F
test, R2. The results of this study indicate that product innovation, marketing
innovation, process innovation, information technology simultaneously have a
significant effect on the performance of SMEs in Gunungsari District, West Lombok
Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Product innovation does not affect the
performance of SMEs in Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa
Tenggara Province. Marketing innovation has no effect on the performance of SMEs
in Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province.
Process innovation has a significant positive effect on the performance of SMEs in
Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province.
Information technology has a significant positive effect on the performance of SMEs in
Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province.
