Abstract
This study aims to i) Knowing the profile of consumers in Ampirono Coffee,
Girimulyo District, Kulon Progo Regency. ii) Analyze the consumer satisfaction
to consuming Geblek. The research method used is descriptive analysis method.
The sample was determined by Accidental Sampling and was earned 97 as the
sample of respondents who where taken for 5 days during the covid-19 pandemic.
Geblek consumers at Kopi Ampirono are male and female, with a predominance
of 17-25 years old, from the Special Region of Yogyakarta., recent education
history S1, monthly income Rp 2,000,001 – Rp. 3,000,000 and there have been
purchases twice to four times. The results of the study indicate that geblek
consumers in Ampirono Coffee are satisfied towards geblek in Ampirono Coffee
with an average score of 42,64. This is obtained from the attributes of product
quality and service quality. Product quality is the first highest attribute with an
average score of 27.03. Service quality is the second highest attribute with an
average score of 15.61. This shows that service quality is an attribute that is
considered by consumers such as ease of ordering, employee alertness, speed of
service, employee friendliness.
