Abstract

Herbal medicine is a
traditional herbal medicine product produced by CV Jamu Godhog Merapi Farma
Herbal. This research aims to analyze satisfaction in CV Jamu Godhog Merapi Farma
Herbal judging from satisfaction with products and service quality. Respondents used
in the study used a questionnaire-guided interview system. Respondents specified in
this study were consumers who came to buy herbal products at CV Jamu Godhog
Merapi Farma Herbal which amounted to 30 respondents. The data analysis
techniques in this study use descriptive analysis. The results showed that consumer
satisfaction was in the category of satisfaction, judging from each variable that
satisfaction with the product was in the category of satisfaction and satisfaction with
the quality of service was in the category of satisfaction.
