Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, leverage, liquidity, dividend policy and managerial ownership toward firm value. Data were collected using purposive sampling method for non financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2009 until 2011. There are 35 manufacturing companies that used as a sample. Hypothesis testing is done with multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the profitability and leverage positively affects the firm value. Liquidity and dividend policy does not affects the firm value. Meanwhile the managerial ownership negatively affects the firm value.
