Penelitian ini merupakan replikasi dari Penelitian Tina Sulistiyani (2006) yang berjudul "Analisis Perilaku Brand Switching Produk Air Minum Mineral di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta ". Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel harga, kondisi ketidakenakan, kegagalan inti layanan, mengalami kegagalan layanan, tanggapan atas layanan dan daya tarik pesaing terhadap perpindahan merek.
