Abstract
INTISARI
Pada penelitian ini, peneliti ingin menganalisa bagaimana pengaruh variabel penetapan harga, kondisi ketidakenakan, kegagalan inti layanan, mengalami kegagalan layanan, kegagalan respon karyawan dalam memberikan layanan, daya tarik pesaing, masalah etika dan perpindahan tanpa sengaja terhadap perilaku perpindahan merek. Obyek pada penelitian ini adalah makanan cepat saji Mc.Donald's, Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), Texas Fried Chicken dan A&W American Family sedangkan subyeknya adala
