Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh adversity quotient terhadap resistance of organizational change. Obyek pada penelitian ini adalah PT Citra Nusantara Energi (PT CNE) dengan populasi sebanyak 63 karyawan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisa menunjukan bahwa adversity quotient memberikan pengaruh negatif terhadap resistance to organizational change.
