Abstract
The development of the motor sales industry in Indonesia is now very rapidly, as a result
among industry competition is very strict. This research analyzes the significant motivation for the
commitment to the employees, the motivation of significant impact on the performance of
employees and the commitment of work is significant to the performance of employees of CV.
Sukses Sejahtera in Pasaman regency of West Sumatera. In this study samples obtained amounted
to 50 respondents obtained using the questionnaire method. The analytic tools used are double
linear regression and simple linear regression.
Based on the results of the analysis of data that has been performed by the results of the
work motivation has an effect on the performance of employees of CV. Sukses Sejahtera in
Pasaman District, which means the higher the motivation of the work of a person then the higher
the performance of employees, so the lower the motivation of the work of a person will be the
lower employee performance The motivation of work affects the organizational commitment of
CV. Sukses Sejahtera in Pasaman District, which means that the higher the motivation of one's
work, the higher will be the organizational commitment, the lower the motivation of the work and
the lower the organizational commitment. Organisational commitment affects the performance of
employees of CV. Sukses Sejahtera in Pasaman District, which means that the higher one's
organizational commitment will be the higher the employee's performance, the less the lower the
organizational commitment, the lower the employee's performance will be. The effects of
mediation of organizational commitments on the influence of work motivation positively and
significantly directly affect the employee's performance. The mediation that occurs on this research
model is partial. In other words organisational commitment variables serve to bridge the impact of
work motivation on employee performance.
