DAMPAK KRISIS EKONOMI 2008 AMERIKA SERIKAT TERHADAP PEREKONMOMIAN CHINA

This under-graduated thesis is conducted to find out how the financial crisis that happened in US could have an impact to China’s economy. This thesis uses library study methods by illuminating the phenomenon of China-US cooperation relationship and the impact of financial crisis that happened in US which spread all over the world, especially China as one of the main partner that being explained in this thesis. The results comes from the study followed by book reading and internet publication searched, showed that the US financial crisis has a significant impact on China’s economy. This crisis weakened the US economic growth which means that US have to decrease its demand of import from China to maintain its economic condition stable. Because the level of demand from the US has decreased, China who’s the largest exporter of goods to US felt the result of this decreasing level that made the goods in China became over capacity, it triggers the bankruptcy in some industry in South China. This kind of situation made China have to face the decreasing of its income and the “domino effect” with it, such as the increasing number of unoccupied labors and also the decrease of its GDP
