Abstract
The Rome Statute is a multilateral agreement to establish the International Criminal Court (International Criminal Court). ICC is a permanent tribunal and the first independent authority to investigate, prosecute and punish all those who commit international crimes, including in particular the category of serious violations of humanitarian law, violations of the law of human rights, violations of international criminal law, such as crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and crimes of aggression. With the ratification of the Rome Statute, the Indonesian judicial had an opportunity to improvement national law. However, the problem is the DPR has the power in the process of ratification assessed reject the ratification of the Rome Statute. The amount added was foreign intervention in the case of human rights and the judicial process in cases of human rights ICC delay resulting Indonesian Ratification of the Rome Statute.
