Abstract
Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan khususnya berdasar dimensi kualitas jasa yaitu terdiri dari variabel-variabel : reliability (keterandalan), responsiveness (cepat tanggap), assurance (jaminan), emphaty (empati), dan tangibility (nyata) serta kepuasan amggota.
