Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: kesempatan investasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap good corporate governance, konsentrasi kepemilikian berpengaruh positif terhadap good corporate governance, dan Leverage pada perusahaan tidak mendukumg terhadap kualitas good coporate governance.
