Abstract
The purpose of this study is to see how big the influence of facilities services, quality of services, products, promotions, profit, knowledge profit sharing, location, reputation, religius affect the willingness of muslim and non muslim to advise others to become customers of islamic bank.
The sample used in this study as many 150 respondents. This type of research is the research field, data source primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed to customers of Bank Muamalat Denpasar branch. The method used in data analysis and quantitative analysis which includes validity and reliability , the profile of respondents , descriptive analysis of research variables , multiple linear regression analysis , test different , and hypothesis testing , processing the data using SPSS 13 for Windows .
Results of this study indicate that facilities services, quality of services, products, promotions, knowledge profit sharing, location, reputation, religious the positive effect of the willingness of muslim and non muslim to advise others to become customers of islamic bank. While profit has no effect of the willingness of muslim and non muslim to advise others to become customers of islamic bank.
