Abstract

This study aims to determine how the performance of the private colleges when measured using the Balanced Scorecard method. Object of this study is the University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta which is located South Ring Road, Tamantirto, Kasihan, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The sample in this study is the population and sample in this study were students, faculty, and employees of the University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The results showed that the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business processes and learning and growth perspectives expressed satisfaction and has been good, but for all perspectives should still be improved in order to achieve long-term goals.
