Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Indeks Pengungkapan Modal Intelektual Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2010-2012 . Pemilihan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu perusahaan yang menerbitkan annual report. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 147 perusahaan. Alat analisis untuk menguji hipotesis yaitu analisis regresi sederhana.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Indeks Pengungkapan Modal Intelektual berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan
